«Diaphragm Walling» method.
Excavations can be produced without problems by the method of diaphragm wall for the underground parking lots, subway stations, mines, etc. Depending on the depth of the pit, they are extensively extensively attached on anchors. 1. Foreshaft
For the construction of foreshaft we use precast concrete panels with different sizes, depending on the need.
Foreshaft performs the following functions:
a template that specifies the size of the future wall properly
for a stock suspension
a support for the valve
for setting of equipment necessary for the rectification of soil, trenches and concreting walls
2. Excavation - grooving
Circuit of hard-integrated process for the construction of the partition anti-filtrating wall is made of special mechanisms: Stein-greifer for diaphragm wall and chisel. Depending on the soil we use grapples weighing up to 25 tons and chisel weighing up to 16 tons. During the development of the soil flat smooth vertical wall of the trench is formed by the method of rectification (a kind of deck from the ground for concreting). During the development of the soil by greifer the trench systematically fills by bentonite suspension that ensures the quality of the surface of the walls.
3. Installation of the insulating elements for seam, fittings and regeneration.
This stage is a preparatory process before the main concreting. Portion of the trench at the ends limited by insulating elements which prevent penetration beyond the portion of the feed of the concrete mix into the trench and form a groove according to the shape of the element. Then, reinforcement cages are lowering to trench, filled with betonite suspension. Betonolite pipes are mounting in the cavity between the frame.
4. Concreting
Betonolite tube, equipped with a funnel, is collecting from individual links, each link has 3 m length. In the process of concreting, as the level of concrete rising up, pipes sequentially removing links. Сoncrete mixture, fed through a funnel enters the betonolite tube and slowly displaces bentonite slurry that is pumped. The slurry enters the treatment plant, where the system throws, eliminates the particles of sand, gravel and purified slurry is pumped into storage.
5. Mount
The process of attaching anchors is performed by one machine. At the first stage machine drills wells. Then, to achieve the required depth in the cavity of the pipe - drill is inserted into the ground anchors bundle cable strands. The remaining water is releasing from the bus system, which washes away the waste soil from the well. And the supply system is filled with cement mortar, which is prepared in a blender and fed pump. After the drill-pipe is removed from the well, the solution penetrates into the ground and overlying anchor terminations. To set the strength of the solution for sealing ground anchors need a technological break. After that, the ground anchors tension process, which uses a set of tools and controlling measuring instruments is running.
