Vertical planning

Vertical planning of building sites - the most modern and highly efficient method for the preparation of soil for construction, the principle of which is based on a complete reorganization of the structure of the relief. Ordering services of vertical planning such drastic interventions aims favorable terrain for any construction or transportation, regardless of the baseline. An important result of the grading area is a natural abstraction of ground water, which reduces the risks of cleaning the foundations of buildings and mechanical changes of the soil. The vertical layout is considered to be a prerequisite for the successful development of standards.

LLP «BASTAU BUILD GROUP» provides highly qualified services in the vertical layout and conducts engineering landscaping, using a variety of techniques that are matched with the geophysical features of the site. The primary factor in the success of the plan is a balance of vertical excavation of mass close to zero. This indicator is considered to be the most resistant to dynamic and static loads. Visually, the zero level is determined by the absence of differences in the relief area.

Vertical planning of platform may include a variety of techniques: mitigation relief, cutting the ground in places exceeding the fixed height of the area, bedding soil in the troughs. The result of vertical planning is favorable terrain. Depending on the degree of slope of the ideal addition to a restful relief (0-0.4%) favorable to urban development may be considered conditionally flat relief with a slope of 0.4 to 3% and less crossed (with a slope of 3 to 6%).

The methods and order of performing of area vertical planning

The choice of methods depends not only on relief features, but also from the design stage. There are 3 main ways of the vertical planning area to determine the required level:


  1. Red contour vertical planning method (method of project marks) is that the original plan of the relief (the general plan of the object), designated by contours, corrected by the application of new contours. The final stage of planning is to develop a cartogram of excavation;

  1. Using project profiles for vertical planning area involves drawing indicates of the direction of the profiles on the grading plan for the site, which is also the common geophysical plan of the site. The distance between the profiles that determine the compensation factor depends on the selected final level. The initial level is denoted by marks on the black profiles, final - red. The complexity of the method of grading the profiles - the price, which is difficult to establish because of the lack of visual cartograms of excavation.

  1. Differentiation of the use of only one of the chosen methods is not necessarily very well-proven combination approach. Vertical planning of the combined method completely justifies the price, because in this case we will not have to take additional measures to prepare the site.
